Singer and actor Ice Seguerra took to social media to share a poignant moment in their family’s life — the interment of both their parents’ cremated remains at the Garden Columbary. Ice, along with his brother, lovingly placed the ashes of their father, who passed away five years ago, and their mother, who died recently, in their final resting place.

Ice posted touching photos from the columbary, showing the quiet, greenery-filled surroundings and the peaceful spot where their parents now rest side by side. “Mama and Daddy are interred today at their final resting place at the Garden Columbary,” Ice wrote. “Kahit 5 years ago nang nauna si Daddy, ayaw pa ni Mama ilagay siya sa crypt. Pero ngayon, magkasama na sila kaya pwede na silang bumukod at magkaroon ng sariling bahay. Ayaw nila talaga maghiwalay.”

In a heartfelt note, Ice added, “I hope you like your new place, Mama and Daddy. Tahimik, maraming mga halaman, marami rin kayong bagong kapitbahay, and the best part, malapit lang sa amin ni Juanchi so we can visit you anytime.” The message conveyed a mix of longing, love, and comfort in knowing that their parents are finally together again.
