Nagsimula ang streaming ng Philippine adaptation ng It’s Okay Not To Be Okay sa Netflix ngayong Sabado, Hulyo 19, 2025.
Ang It’s Okay Not To Be Okay ay 2020 South Korean series na pinangunahan nina Kim Soo Hyun, Seo Yea Ji, at Oh Jung Se.
Sina Anne Curtis, Joshua Garcia, at Carlo Aquino naman ang mga bida sa Philippine adaptation ng Korean series.
INSTANT CHEMISTRY BETWEEN ANNE AND JOSHUA
Nang ianunsiyo ng ABS-CBN noong Mayo 2024 na sina Anne at Joshua ang magbibida sa Philippine adaptation ng It’s Okay Not To Be Okay, marami ang nag-alalang baka maging problema ang malaking agwat ng mga edad nina Anne, 40, at Joshua, 27.
Pero sa pilot episode na “Once Upon A Same Day” ng Pinoy adaptation ng Korean series, napansin agad na may chemistry ang pagtatambal nina Anne at Joshua sa kabila ng labintatlong taong age gap nila.
Nangibabaw rin ang mahusay na pagganap ni Carlo bilang autistic brother ng karakter ni Joshua, ang magaling na pagbibigay-buhay ni Anne sa katauhan ng manunulat na may antisocial personality disorder, at nabigyan ni Joshua ng hustisya ang hospital-worker role na ipinagkatiwala sa kanya.
Matagal mapapanood sa Netflix ang Philippine adaptation na pinagbibidahan nina Anne, Joshua, at Carlo.
May 65 episodes pero tatlumpong minuto lamang ang streaming time ng It’s Okay Not To Be Okay, kumpara sa original South Korean series na mahigit sa isang oras ang haba ng bawat kabanata.
