Actor and Matinee Idol Piolo Pascual admits that he is very practical when it comes to spending money even he can afford it. He honestly revealed that he is not stingy. There may be times that the actor can be frugal, but he always sees to it that he is practical when it comes to money.

According to Pep.ph, Piolo Pascual disclosed that he is practical in a way that he doesn’t buy things that he doesn’t need. He doesn’t spend his money on things he knows that will not be of use to him afterward.

The actor also added that he had learned something when he aged and reached maturity. He shared that when he became older, he became wiser and learned to be practical. He would like to do things that will make him a better person in the end.

When asked about the most expensive investment that he had, Piolo Pascual answered that it is a house he bought in Malibu, California which he eventually sold. This property is estimated to be $2.97 million, according to Zillow, a real estate company in the US. In Philippine peso, the value of the house is P158.74 million.
