The Met Gala will return this year on the first Monday in May to celebrate the annual Costume Institute exhibition, titled ‘Sleeping Beauty: Reawakening Fashion’ for 2024. Guests will dress to the theme of ‘The Garden of Time’, inspired by the J.G. Ballard short story of the same name. The exhibition will feature 250 historically significant ‘sleeping beauty’ pieces from iconic designers like Elsa Schiaparelli, Christian Dior, Yves Saint Laurent, and Hubert de Givenchy. Co-chairs for the ceremony include Jennifer Lopez, Bad Bunny, Chris Hemsworth, and Zendaya.
