Sam Milby has addressed the video of Catriona Gray weeping during the concert of TJ Monterde.

On Monday’s episode of “Fast Talk With Boy Abunda,” Sam said he knew that his ex-fiancée would also be watching the show.

The two of them were sitting just a few seats away from each other.

“TJ… first off, I didn’t know na ganun ‘yung mga songs niya. It was such a beautiful concert but it was really hard,” he said.

“A woman that I still love and care about is—I see a few seats away from me—is crying,” he continued. “I didn’t know how to react.”

Some people thought Sam has already moved on after seeing him calm in that video, but the actor said that was not what he was feeling inside.

“If people thought I was comfortable, I was complete opposite. I was not comfortable during that concert.”

“And it’s something that should be celebrated ’cause it was a beautiful concert. My best friend was directing, John Prats. But it was a hard situation and I was kind of frozen at the time. It wasn’t easy at all.”

Earlier in the episode, Sam said he has not been handling his breakup with Catriona that well and that it has been rough for him.

The actor broke into tears but did not wish to talk about any details.

Sam and Catriona revealed that they were in a relationship in 2020. They got engaged in 2023.

Last year, Catriona fueled breakup rumors when she deleted their engagement photos on her Instagram. Sam recently confirmed their split in an interview with ABS-CBN News.

Sam currently stars with Jennylyn Mercado and Dennis Trillo in the romantic comedy film “Everything About My Wife,” which is now showing in cinemas.
