In an interview in “24 Oras” of GMA News, Jean said that anytime that Barbie needs her or a shoulder to cry on, she will just be there.

“Basta ako, anytime na kailangan lang ako ni Barbie, kailangan niya ng kausap, kailangan niyang mag-vent-out, kailangan niya ang suporta ko, at kailangan niya ng taong makikinig sa kaniya at gusto niya ng shoulder to cry on, andito lang [ako.] Alam naman ni Barbie ‘yon,” Jean said.

Rita also expressed support for Barbie.

“Alam n’yo po, kaya rin kami naging magkaibigan ni Barang, kasi masasabi kong parehas kami ng… siguro ‘yung energy when it comes to people and I guess on also deciding, making decisions. Kaya kung ano man [‘yung] pinagdadaanan ngayon ni Barang, alam kong napag-isipan na niya nang mabuti ‘yan at napaghandaan niya na ‘yan,” Rita said.

Barbie Forteza is a Kapuso actress known for her excellent performances in the series Nita Negrita, The Half Sisters, That’s My Amboy, Inday Will Always Love You, Maria Clara at Ibarra, Pulang Araw, and many others.

She entered showbiz in 2009, and her first project was to play the role of young Jodi in the local adaptation of the popular Korean drama Stairway to Heaven.
