Tish Cyrus has revealed one of her regrets as a mother – amid claims she is locked in a feud with her daughter Noah, 24.

Putting the feud rumors to one side, Tish, 56, and her eldest daughter Brandi, 36, appeared on Wiz Khalifa’s podcast Putting It All On The Line this week.
During a rollicking conversation with the marijuana-loving rapper, Tish confessed that she wished she had indulged in cannabis when her children were young.
‘I didn’t smoke pot when I had kids,’ said Tish. ‘I didn’t start smoking until I was like 46, and so – but I think I would’ve been a better parent if I would’ve smoked then.’
If she had begun when her children were younger, she could have made ‘school projects’ into a ‘more fun’ experience instead of getting frustrated the way she did.

Referring to Brandi, Tish noted: ‘She doesn’t smoke at all, and she will tell me like: “You are so much better when you smoke”‘ – to which Brandi concurred.
‘My decision-making is so much better now that I smoke weed,’ Tish marveled. ‘This is so great, that now, like, I’m starting to understand myself.’
When Tish’s most notorious daughter Miley Cyrus made her rocky transition from child stardom to adult fame, she made a point of flaunting her marijuana use.
Tish, at that point, had yet to begin indulging in the drug and told Wiz she was initially ‘was not happy’ that her daughter was using cannabis.
The remarks come amid claims Tish is allegedly ‘spiraling out of control and trying to figure out how to diffuse’ her rift with daughter Noah.
The mom-of-five reportedly wants to repair their relationship following reports that she ‘stole’ her husband Dominic Purcell from her youngest child, 24.
Despite her best efforts, an insider told Us Weekly that the duo are still ‘on the outs’ and the family ‘rift is real.’
‘Noah and Tish haven’t spoken since the whole thing happened with Dominic,’ the source noted.

At one point, the outlet claims the duo briefly blocked each other via social media when this ‘all this started,’ but have since refollowed each other.
Earlier this week, Us Weekly claimed that their fallout occurred after Tish, 56, began ‘pursuing’ Purcell, 54, who was reportedly romantically involved with Noah for ‘about 8 to 9 months.’
Purcell and Noah, who have a 30 year age gap, were said to be ‘having issues.’
Matriarch Tish – who revealed she suffered a ‘complete psychological breakdown’ before her divorce from Billy Ray Cyrus – notably tied the knot with the Prison Break actor, 54, in August 2023.
While some family members, including daughter Miley Cyrus, were present for her wedding to the Australian actor, Tish’s daughter Noah and son Braison were absent from the nuptials – fueling speculation of a rift at the time.
A source told Us Weekly that ‘Noah was [seeing] Dominic when Tish started pursuing him’ and ‘was aware’ of this when she began to contact the star.
‘The turmoil between Noah and Tish goes far beyond [what people think]. Noah is very distraught over Tish stealing Dominic from her,’ the insider added.
