Actress and former beauty queen Kylie Verzosa has acquired real estate property in Italy.

Kylie made the announcement on her Instagram Stories, posting a photo of a villa with the caption: “Bought a house in Italy. She’s finally ours.”

The image was a repost from Danish musician Tomas Barfod, who originally shared several photos of the property.

The villa is a masseria in southern Puglia, Italy. A masseria is a large farmhouse in the countryside, often surrounded by farmland, olive trees, or vineyards.

According to www.italia.it, located in the heart of the Mediterranean, Puglia is “a magical combination of artifacts, history, art and unspoilt nature, amidst beautiful coastlines and picture-postcard landscapes.”

It is “a region of golden beaches and crystal-clear waters, intense flavors and fascinating destinations: Castel del Monte, the trulli, the islands passing through towns kissed by a unique and unforgettable light.”

Beyond showbiz, Kylie has been active in entrepreneurship.

Back in January 2024, she launched her own shapewear brand called Sola Body. “Another dream come true! I can’t wait to share with you my first business and baby, and what my team and I have been working on for the past months,” she posted upon the launch of the brand.

Kylie added: “At its core, it is to make everyone feel good and confident in their own bodies.”

A graduate of Ateneo de Manila University with a degree in Business Management, Kylie had often credited her entrepreneurial spirit to her family background.

“I always grew up in a business-minded family who has, like, hotels and restaurants. And from that, I always wanted to have something of my own,” she relayed in a 2024 interview with PEP.

The former Miss International emphasized the importance of leadership and teamwork in business: “My parents just pushed me to have my own at a very young age… And something I picked up from them, I think it’s to get the right people and to delegate tasks to them, and think that you won’t be able to do this alone.”
