Beauty queen Kayesha Chua, fianceé of Barangay Ginebra’s Aljon Mariano, has posted a statement regarding the controversy surrounding their friends, GSM point guard Scottie Thompson and his ex-fiancé Pau Fajardo.

On Tuesday, sports website Spin.ph reported that the 27-year-old Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) player has tied the knot with stewardess Jinky Serrano in a private ceremony in Las Piñas.

It can be recalled that Scottie proposed to Pau earlier this year, this is why Ginebra fans who watched their relationship were quickly filled with questions and confusions about what happened between the long-time couple.

In a lengthy Instagram post, Kayesha, who is a close friend of Scottie and Pau, said they keep things private but their silence doesn’t mean lack of support for their friends.
