Gabbi Garcia admits saddened “Rosang Agimat” is now shelved

5 Jul – There is nothing much that Gabbi Garcia can do but accept the decision made by her network GMA-7 to halt the production of her new drama, “Rosang Agimat”.

As reported on PEP, the actress, who was asked about the recent decision that stemmed from the death of veteran actor Eddie Garcia, confirmed that the series has been on hold until further notice.

“You know, it happens, and it’s a very unfortunate happening,” she said.

She admitted that the whole cast and crew felt very regretful over the events that had unfolded.

“Of course, we are all sad. It’s a devastating situation for everybody. It was an accident, and I don’t want to be selfish, but we are… because we all lost a job,” she said.

As for now, Garcia said that the whole team could only wait for further announcement.

Veteran actor Eddie Garcia passed away on 20 June following more than a week in critical condition, after tripping on a cable wire and hitting his head on the pavement during the production of the said drama.
