Kathryn Bernardo‘s birthday season is not yet over! After a sun-filled birthday bash at El Nido, Palawan last week, Kath’s glam team threw her a surprise dinner party on April 2, Tuesday.

The event was an intimate celebration at the actress’ studio, where she was joined by her family and team of colleagues-turned-friends. Some attendees included designer Mark Bumgarner, photographer Charisma Lico, makeup artist Denise Ochoa, and stylists Kimi Yap and Priscilla “Boop” Tañedo, only to name a few.

In a series of Instagram stories shared by Kath’s guests, we couldn’t help but gush over Alden Richards’ surprise arrival at the event! Her Hello, Love, Goodbye co-star even walked into the venue carrying a grand bouquet of roses, along with a gift from Baccarat!

In an Instagram Story posted by stylist Priscilla (@boopyap), the 32-year-old actor arrived with a bouquet of what seems to be Ecuadorian roses and a burgundy shopping bag from French fine crystal retailer, Baccarat.

In case you’re unfamiliar, Baccarat is a luxury house best known for its exquisite crystal pieces. The brand boasts centuries’ worth of artisanal craftsmanship, dating as far back as 1764.  The house produces jewelry, fragrances, kitchen glassware, chandeliers, and other opulent home decor. While the contents of the bag gifted by Alden are still a mystery, we do know that their bestselling gift items range from $195 to $3000–that’s somewhere between P11,000 to P169,500.
