Sharon Cuneta on the death of pet dog Grandpa: “It always feels like a member of your family passes when a beloved dog does – because they are part of your family. Ipinagluluksa ni Megastar Sharon Cuneta ang pagpanaw ng kanilang pet dog na si Grandpa, isang Shih Tzu.

Si Grandpa ay alagang aso ng panganay na anak ni Sharon na si KC Concepcion noong bata pa lamang ito.

Nakapiling daw nila si Grandpa humigit-kumulang 16 hanggang 17 taon.

 

Ayon kay Sharon, noong nakaraang linggo ay dinala nila sa isang veterinary hospital si Grandpa.

Pero nang matantiya nilang wala na itong pag-asa pang mabuhay, inuwi na nila ito sa kanilang bahay.

Pumanaw si Grandpa ngayong Huwbes ng umaga, March 13, 2025.

Pagbabahagi ni Sharon sa kanyang Instagram post: “KC’s ShihTzu, Grandpa, who had lived with us for 16-17 years, was hospitalized last week. When hope started to dim, we brought him home. That was yesterday.

“I sent this video to KC last night. Grandpa passed away early this morning.”

 

Dagdag ni Sharon, ang pagpanaw ng isang alagang hayop ay katulad ng din nararamdaman kapag may pumanaw na mahal sa buhay.

Karamihan kasi sa pet lovers ay itinuturing nang kapamilya ang kanilang mga alaga.

Ang kanilang pagpanaw ay ang nag-iisang paraan daw ng mga alagang hayop upang “saktan” ang kanilang fur parents.

Unang nagkomento sa post si KC.

Nagpasalamat siya sa ina sa maayos na pag-aalaga kay Grandpa.

Hindi raw kasi niya naalagaan noon ang aso dahil isa siyang working “fur mom.”

Buong komento ni KC: “thank you for helping me give Grandpa the best life, mama.

“I was a busy working ‘fur mom’ at the time he came into my life and didn’t have the help I needed to fully take care of him and your house came through for us.

“Love you grandpa… Churro and Chica enjoyed playing with you and will love you forever sweet, wise, strong champion boy.

SHARON CUNETA MOURNS DEATH OF PET PIG BACON

Dobleng sakit para kay Sharon ang pagpanaw ng kanyang aso dahil noong March 4 lamang, ang pet pig naman nilang si Bacon ang pumanaw.

Si Bacon ang itinuturing nilang “farm mascot” sa kanilang farm sa Alfonso, Cavite.

Sabi ni Sharon sa kanyang Instagram post: “Our hearts are crying… Our favorite pig in our farm, our Bacon, suddenly passed away.

“She just refused to wake up that morning, having refused food for a couple of days before then.

“We love you, our baby girl… Thank you for the love and happiness you gave all of us – even your barkada, our farm dogs (because you forgot you were a pig the moment the piggies ostracized you but the dogs were kind – that you even learned how to “bark” like them!)

“We will always remember you and will always love you. @kiko.pangilinan On March 1, 2025, Bacon our farm mascot breathed her last. She was 13 years old. Run free in Pig Heaven, Bacon!”
