Taking to Instagram, Sharon shared the same carousel of sweet photos that KC had uploaded earlier — showing the mother-and-daughter duo spending quality time together by the beach.

However, what truly captured fans’ attention was the emotional caption Sharon penned online.

“Happy milestone of a birthday again to my baby #1, my eldest @kristinaconcepcion!” Sharon began, before lovingly listing the many nicknames she had for KC: “Kace, Tina, Kitina, Kachuchay, Chuchay, Cucay, Katutay, Tutay, Tuttut, Tutti, Toot.”

According to Sharon, she is extremely delighted that she made KC happier on her 40th birthday.
