Sugar Mercado revealed that she and Willie Revillame had a relationship that lasted for 7 years.

She made this admission during an interview with well-known talent manager and content creator, Ogie Diaz.

According to Sugar, they were in a relationship, but she wasn’t certain if Revillame saw it the same way she did.

She also added that she wasn’t sure if Revillame would publicly acknowledge that they were indeed in a 7-year relationship.

When asked by Ogie, Mercado said:

“Hindi ako sure (laugh). Hindi naman siya umamin eh (laugh). Ang kapal naman ng mukha ko kung aamin ako, hindi naman siya umamin di’ba? Edi hindi ako sure. Di’ba, mamaya nag-bonding lang kami.”

Joking aside, Ogie once and for all cleared if Sugar and Revillame were in a relationship for 7 years, Mercado’s response was:

“Oo. Hindi kasi siyempre nakakahiya naman kung ako lang yung ano [aamin] di’ba? Siyempre kababae kong tao, hindi ako mukhang babae. Siyempre may heart din ako.”

“Alam mo naman siya pribado siya masyado and sabi ko nga never ako nagsisi sa lahat ng nangyari sa life ko,. At aminado rin naman ako na minahal ko talaga ‘yung tao. Nang sobra pa,” she added.

Mercado also was asked by Ogie if she felt the love back; she responded by saying, “Oo naman.”

Willie Revillame is a famous comedian and television host in the Philippines. He worked for many years for both GMA and ABS-CBN. Kuya Wil is known for being one of the country’s wealthiest and most generous celebrities. Previously, in an interview over OnePh’s “The Big Story,” revealed the reason why he is running for senator. He also revealed that his decision to run came at the last minute.

In a previous report by KAMI, Willie Revillame, in an Inquirer report, expressed his thoughts on the things that his critics are throwing at him. Among those that he addressed was the usual criticism that he does not know anything. Instead of feeling down, he turned the tables and made a positive note about “not knowing anything.” One of the statements that he made was that indeed, his critics were right because he did not know anything about taking advantage of his fellow Filipinos.

In another report about him, Diwata proudly shared that Willie Revillame had lunch at her “paresan” (eatery). Willie also reminisced about his first encounter with Diwata more than a decade ago. Aside from Willie, Senator Bong Go also joined him for a meal at Diwata’s paresan. Currently, aside from managing her businesses, Diwata is also active in politics as the fourth nominee of the Vendors Party-list in the upcoming elections this May.
