MANILA — Kapamilya actor Coco Martin showed his love for his long-time girlfriend Julia Montes by supporting the latter on her Metro Manila Film Festival entry “Topakk.”
On TikTok, Martin uploaded a video taken from the special screening of the much-awaited hardcore action film with Arjo Atayde as the lead star.
In the video, Martin could be seen calling Montes “nanay,” the Tagalog word for mother as he handed her a bouquet of flowers.
“Nanay, para sa iyo,” Martin told Montes, who is also the lead star of “Saving Grace,” the Philippines adaptation of the Japanese hit drama series “Mother.”
As of writing, the video has been viewed for over 1.1 million times and thousands of “likes.”
Martin has been very vocal about his love and support for Montes and her solo projects.
Just recently, Martin said that he was proud of Montes’ performance in the movie “Topakk.’

In May 2023, Martin finally confirmed that he and Montes were in a 12-year relationship. The actress cited their faith as an important part of their relationship.
Currently, Martin is busy with the hit action drama “FPJ’s Batang Quiapo,” while Montes stars in “Saving Grace.”
