Ayon kay Kath, unang beses siyang na-in love noong siya’y Grade 2 pa lang at nag-aaral pa sa Nueva Ecija.
“‘Yung first ever [crush], mestizo siya,” ani ng aktres na tila kinilig pa habang kinukuwento.
Dagdag pa niya, “’Pag crush ko, mas lalo ko siyang hindi kakausapin. As in kahit isabit mo ako, hindi ko aaminin na crush ko siya.”

Dahil dito, kinulit siya ni Melai Cantiveros kung ano nga ba ang pangalan ng unang lalaking nagpabilis ng tibok ng puso niya. Matapos ang kaunting kulitan, ibinunyag din ni Kath:
“Ang name niya ay Kenneth.”
