Robi Domingo recently shared on social media about a startling experience he and his mom had in a restaurant.

According to Robi, he was having an afternoon date with his mom when the incident occurred.

“Had an afternoon date with my mama then an incident happened in a restaurant,” Robi said in a Twitter post.

He said that people inside the said restaurant became alarmed on seeing a small flame emerging from the kitchen.

“People inside were alarmed because a small flame was seen emerging from the kitchen,” the TV host narrated.

Robi then expressed a sigh of relief when the staff informed everyone that the fire has been contained and everything is under control.

“Thankfully it was contained and the staff was telling everyone that everything was under control,” Robi said.

He did not identify the restaurant’s name or its location.

Robi is a VJ, actor, dancer, and host. He first rose to fame in the world of showbiz when he joined and was recognized as the first runner-up of Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Edition Plus in 2008. He was part of the Star Magic cast.

Recently, Robi played a prank on Maymay Entrata, Edward Barber and Doni Pangilinan by showing them a video of the TV host’s fiancée, Maiqui Pineda, wearing a bridal dress.

The three watched it seriously and thought Maiqui and Robi already got married. Donny walked out when Robi said that he only showed Maiqui’s video when a photographer hired her to model for something.

In November of last year, Robi was among the topic discussed by showbiz columnist Ogie Diaz in his Showbiz Updates online show.

He said that it seems the TV host has not been able to move on from the issue he and Zeinab Harake allegedly had. According to Ogie, many netizens have noticed that Robi still often uses the word market.
