Ahmedabad Police Chief G.S Malik confirmed the recovery of 204 bodies, including passengers and those on the ground, after the aircraft slammed into the B.J. Medical College. Authorities have requested DNA samples from victims’ families to assist with identification.

The flight carried 230 passengers and crew, comprising 217 adults, 11 children, and 2 infants, with the majority being Indian nationals. The crash also claimed the lives of 53 Britons, 7 Portuguese, and 1 Canadian.
