In an interview with “TV Patrol” during her first taping day, Andrea admitted to feeling nervous but she is excited about her decision to take on a new path as an actress that will showcase her mature side.

“Mas daring siya compared sa iba kong mga role. Mas level-up siya and mature. Personal decision ko na gawin ‘to. This is my first time doing something na physically intimate. This is a new path for me and alam ko naman na aalagaan ako dito sa ‘Batang Quiapo,’” she said.

The sneak peek of Andrea’s daring role, which showed her wearing red lingerie and sharing a passionate kiss in a bathtub with Jake Cuenca’s character, sent social media abuzz after netizens expressed their excitement for her “new era.”
