Speculation surfaced online that former couple Asia’s Superstar Kathryn Bernardo and Supreme Idol Daniel Padilla reconciled.

Kathryn and Daniel, who were known as the KathNiel tandem, are among the most popular stars of their generation. For a decade, they had been doing projects together that boosted their career as a loveteam and individually.

When their real-life relationship ended and the breakup was officially announced in November 2023, many of their fans were also heartbroken.

After the KathNiel breakup, the two Kapamilya stars did separate projects. Currently, Daniel Padilla is one of the stars of the Kapamilya primetime series Incognito while it was recently announced that Kathryn Bernardo will be one of the judges of the new season of Pilipinas Got Talent.

For more than a year, the KathNiel breakup issue has not gained any attention on social media. However, in a recent Facebook post that social media personality Xian Gaza shared, he mentioned the former reel and real-life couple.

As of this writing, Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla haven’t spoken yet about their rumored reconciliation. However, amid this issue, the Facebook Page Tita Long Gumatay Showbiz Short Stories shared a video with Mommy Min Bernardo, Kathryn’s mom who was asked to share her message with the fans of the actress.

“Huwag kayong masyadong maniwala sa mga fake news,” Mommy Min said, adding that fans should ask Tita Long. In the comment section of this post, many fans of the Asia’s Superstar that they will just indeed believe if it is from Mommy Min. “Kay tita min lng tayo maniwala, haha,” a fan commented.
