ACTRESS Jennica Garcia and her two daughters have upgraded from a studio-type unit to a loft-style condominium, a milestone she excitedly shared in an interview with MJ Marfori.

“Nitong Feb. 15, nakalipat na kami ng mga anak ko. From a studio-type unit, talaga namang naka-two-bedroom unit na kami,” Jennica said.

The actress couldn’t hide her excitement over the added feature of their new home. “At hindi doon nagtatapos ‘yon—may hagdan! Loft ba tawag doon? Ay loft pala! Ang saya noon. Pag may nagtanong sa akin kung saan ka nakatira… sa loft. Hahaha.”

She revealed that it was her children who chose the unit.

“Pinapapili ko kasi sila. Actually, iba sana yung gusto ko na unit. Meron kasing three-bedroom na same lang yung price ng rent,” Jennica explained.

However, her daughters were immediately drawn to the loft’s staircase. “Pero nung nakita nila yung hagdan, sabi nila, ‘Nanay, gusto namin ng may hagdan.’”

Garcia happily obliged. “‘Gusto n’yo ng hagdan? Ibigay ang hagdan!’”
