Actress and comedian Keanna Reeves recalled her old crush on fellow actor John Prats during the first celebrity edition of Pinoy Big Brother back in 2006. She made this revelation in an interview with King of Talk Boy Abunda earlier this week.

Keanna was hailed as the Big Winner while John was the runner-up during their stint in PBB.

When she was asked her thoughts on people thinking that PBB is scripted, she maintained that everything that they did during her time was real and they showed their true selves.

“Siguro naisip lang nila dahil hindi nila naintindihan na showbiz is show business. Siyempre, akala nila scripted sa loob dahil may nag liligawan, may nag iiyakan, may na dedevelop –– love team, love team. Emotional lang sa loob talaga na develop lang talaga doon,” she shared.

It’s how the stories were framed back then–– the interesting plot lines and unexpected couples that made PBB unique.

“So sinusundan ng camera yan–– kung ano yung interesting topic o ano yung interesting na mapapanood ng tao. Finofocus siya kasi same business pa rin yun,” she added.

She added that they had no issues with the cameras following them as they all knew what they were getting into when they entered the PBB house.

Meanwhile, Keanna didn’t hesitate to answer if she developed any feelings for her fellow housemates. She recalled how she cried because of John when they were inside the PBB house because of the differences of their feelings toward one another.

“Kay John Prats–– di ba walang ka apog-apog. Naging best friends kami tapos may issue-issue sa loob kasi may girlfriend siya nung pag pasok. So, pag labas parang nag hiwalay ata sila,” she recalled.

“Umiyak rin ako kay John Prats kasi nag kikiss kami sa lips noon. Tapos nag reklamo siya kay Kuya na baka daw ma misinterpret sa labas tapos siya naman yung lapit ng lapit. Siya naman yung kiss ng kiss,” she continued.

Keanna maintained that it’s all in the past and they’ve become closer after they settled things before leaving the PBB house. She acknowledged that nothing will happen once they leave as they have their own lives in the outside world.

“Siyempre, pareho kaming artista. Kanya-kanya na kaming buhay pag labas namin. Tapos sa loob lang yun kasi di mo maiiwasan. Gwapo rin naman si John Prats,” she said.
