Rumor has it that Trevor Magallanes, the ex-husband of comedienne Rufa Mae Quinto, died.
Rufa Mae and Trevor’s relationship went through a tough time late last year. Speculations surfaced that they were having marital problems. Eventually, it was alleged that they were in the process of divorce.
In an interview last May, Rufa Mae said that she had to move on, but the respect that she and Trevor had for each other was still there. The comedienne said that there was no bitterness between them.

Rufa Mae Quinto also said in the same interview that although technically speaking, Trevor Magallanes was still her husband, he did not want their relationship to continue, and she also felt the same.
“Hanggang ngayon naman asawa ko pa rin naman siya eh. Kaya lang, ayaw na rin niya, so ayaw ko na rin at ginagalang ko ‘yun kasi mas kadiri naman kung ayoko pang tumigil, ‘di ba?” the actress said previously.
Rufa Mae returned to the Philippines and continued her showbiz engagements. It was also known to many that the comedienne went through a legal battle when her name was dragged into an investment scam. Fortunately, she was able to prove her innocence.
Just recently, a netizen with the user name @BC2AB on Reddit shared a screenshot of an Instagram Story. “Trevor and I had a mutual friend who happened to be his ex before Rufa. She just posted this on her personal IG. I don’t know the details behind his death. Thinking about Rufa and their daughter. Sorry for their loss,” the uploader shared.
The IG Story included photos of Trevor and the caption said, “RIP Trev [dove emoji] Thank you for all the good memories [white heart emoji].”
In the comment section, a netizen pointed out that a netizen had a recent comment saying, “Condolence to the family. Rest in peace Trevor Magallanes !!”
With this, speculations about the rumored death of Trevor circulated. A netizen even shared a speculation about the cause of death.
