Stars marvelously orbited each other in one bright, stellar night, and we’re drawn to the beauty of it.

It’s only apropos that the “doctor and medical aesthetics clinic to the stars” would celebrate a milestone with a galaxy of stars right at the ABS-CBN Ball 2025, graced by the Belo Medical Group celebrity brand ambassadors.

With 35 years of experience and expertise in medical aesthetics, the Belo Medical Group has solidified its position in the beauty industry as the leading aesthetic clinic in the Philippines. Along with its over three decades of journey are beautiful stories of transformed lives, enduring success, and steadfast relationships formed with celebrities, clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Dr. Victoria “Vicki” G. Belo, founder of the Belo Medical Group, thoughtfully expressed what the 35th anniversary milestone meant to her.

“Celebrating 35 years of the Belo Medical Group is such a special moment for me, not just as a founder but also as someone who has always believed in the power of beauty to boost confidence and transform lives. Personally, this milestone represents a journey filled with passion, hard work, and a deep commitment to providing the best care for our patients,” Vicki began.

“Thirty-five years ago, I started with big dreams in a 40-square-meter clinic, driven by the vision to make the Philippines the most beautiful country in the world. And now, looking at where we are today, it’s truly a dream realized. We have 15 clinics all around the Philippines, with a dedicated team of 50 doctors, and our reach continues to grow.  But beyond the medical advancements and the technology, what truly makes this milestone meaningful to me is the impact we’ve had on the lives of our patients—empowering them to feel more confident, more comfortable in their own skin, and more beautiful,” she continued, clearly proud of the impact they’ve had on the lives of their patients and clients.

Belo not only sets the standards but also contributes to the evolution of beauty in the Philippines, reshaping the consumers’ perception about aesthetic treatments.

Pioneering Innovations

Asked how the medical aesthetics clinic intends to celebrate its 35th year and what message it aims to share, Dr. Belo put it simply but meaningfully.

“As we celebrate Belo Medical Group’s 35th year, it’s not just about honoring our past—it’s about shaping the future of beauty in the Philippines and beyond,” she said.

“Now, with the Dream Clinic, NEXA, we’re truly looking to the future—an advanced space that combines the best of technology and care for an unparalleled patient experience. It’s the clinic of the future, and I’m so excited to see how it will continue to shape the industry,” Dr. Belo added, showing excitement for their Belo NEXA clinic at One Ayala Mall.

Staying true to their mission of shaping the future of beauty in the Philippines, Belo Medical Group managing director Dr. Hayden Kho also disclosed new and innovative treatments they’re bringing to the Philippines.

“This year, we’re stepping into an exciting new frontier with the introduction of neurocosmetics—a category that merges skincare with neuroscience to actively influence the skin’s neurological responses. These treatments go beyond the surface to target the skin-brain connection, helping to manage stress-related aging, restore skin balance, and enhance emotional well-being through beauty. It’s a revolutionary approach that aligns with our belief that true beauty begins from within—and now, science is catching up to that truth,” Hayden shared.

The Belo Medical Group is also expanding its treatments and services into specialized offerings beyond the medical aesthetics the clinic is famous for.

“We’re also pushing boundaries by increasing the medical intensity of our offerings. Beyond aesthetics, we’re expanding into male functional health and wellness, a space that has been underserved but is deeply needed. Men are increasingly taking charge of their well-being, and we want to support them with treatments that are as advanced and effective as those we’ve long offered women,” he further explained.

Moreover, as the clinic marks its 35th year, it is ready to elevate the industry even more with an ambitious project designed to make waves not just in the Philippines but also in markets outside the country. Hayden generously shared the news with Metro.Style.

He excitedly declared, “Perhaps what I’m most excited about is a dream we’ve held close for years—a social longevity and biotech hub unlike anything the country has seen. This will be a world-class center that brings together the best of science, aesthetics, and wellness, designed not just to serve Filipinos but to attract medical tourists from all over the world. We believe the Philippines deserves to be the beauty and wellness capital of Asia, and this is our bold step toward that vision. Yes, some may say it’s early—but at Belo, we don’t wait for the future to arrive. We build it. Risk has always been part of our DNA, but so is being first in what truly matters.”

“Belo Beautiful Stories” with the stars

As the Belo Medical Group revolutionizes beauty, aesthetics, and wellness, it has also established relationships with top celebrities and influential personalities through the years as they championed beauty journeys and stories that transformed lives. Celebrating beauty with them brought the concept of beauty and aesthetic treatments closer to the consumers, leading to a cultural shift.

“Social media has played a huge role in this shift. We see influencers, celebrities, and even everyday people openly sharing their beauty journeys, inspiring others to embrace whatever makes them feel good. There’s also a growing emphasis on personalization—there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to beauty anymore. Ultimately, beauty today is about choice and empowerment. I’m thrilled to see a world where people can be proud of being beautiful—no matter how they get there,” Vicki remarked.

For this Metro cover, 11 of the top brand ambassadors of the Belo Medical Group lent their star wattage to celebrate its 35th anniversary at the ABS-CBN Ball. Celebrities Piolo Pascual, Mond Gutierrez, Andrea Brillantes, Francine Diaz, Donny Pangilinan, Belle Mariano, Ivana Alawi, Chie Filomeno, Darren Espanto, Kim Chiu, and Iza Calzado are all emblematic of Belo Medical Group’s legacy of legendary beauty as they served breathtaking looks and unparalleled beauty and fashion at the star-studded event.

“This cover is extra special because it’s a reunion of sorts—with people who aren’t just ambassadors but family. We’ve walked alongside them through career milestones, personal transformations, and yes, their skincare journeys, too. For us, it’s never just about treatments—it’s about being present through their highs, their glow-ups, and everything in between,” Hayden concluded.

“Kim is such a ray of sunshine! She’s bubbly, energetic, and incredibly loyal. We’ve been part of her skincare journey for years, and she always brings so much joy whenever she’s at the clinic. She trusts us with her skin, and that means the world.” | Photo by Ryan Ong
