Former Quezon City mayor Herbert Bautista was sentenced to jail time after the court convicted him, along with his former city administrator Aldrin Cuña of graft charges over a procurement of an Online Occupational Permitting Tracking System (OOPTS) in 2019.

According to the report of GMA News, the decision consisted of 32 pages, and states that both Bautista and Cuña were sentenced to six to 10 years of imprisonment.

Aside from this, they were also perpetually disqualified to hold office as a result of their graft conviction.

The court did not order Bautista and Cuña to pay fine since the private entity has already received the P32 million.
