Kathryn Bernardo has finally opened the doors to her long-awaited dream home in Antipolo City, Rizal.

On Thursday, April 11, 2024, the Kapamilya actress and her family threw a delightful housewarming bash, joined by their nearest and dearest friends.

Guests were treated to an insider’s look at Kathryn’s new residence, with a few of them even sharing sneak peeks of the interior of her home.

It was a seven-year journey for Kathryn before her dream home became a reality.

She acquired the land for her new residence back in 2016, but construction didn’t commence until March 2024, following three years of meticulous planning.

Kathryn enlisted the expertise of Architect Don Lino and his team from LINO Architecture to craft the blueprint for her new abode.

According to social media updates, Kathryn’s residence boasts a modern contemporary design accentuated by earthy tones, reflecting the architectural firm’s signature aesthetic.

Kathryn actually moved into her new home in December 2023.

In an Instagram Story update, she shared a glimpse of herself organizing her closet with the assistance of Alora Sasam, Issa Reyes, and her team at Neat Obsessions.

Within Kathryn’s home lies a treasure trove of stunning artwork, transforming it into a mini museum of sorts.

Kathryn commissioned contemporary visual artist Jinggoy Buensuceso to craft remarkable sculptures for her home, including one prominently displayed at the entrance door.

Another captivating art installation by Jinggoy graces a white wall within Kathryn’s home, enchanting viewers with its mesmerizing interplay of lights and further elevating the aesthetic allure of her residence.

Issa Reyes of Neat Obsessions, who assisted Kathryn with her move-in, posted a photo of the art installation on her Instagram, capturing the moment alongside Jinggoy during Kathryn’s housewarming celebration.

Meanwhile, Jinggoy expressed his gratitude to Kathryn on Instagram Stories for entrusting him with the creation of the art pieces for her home.

He shared Kathryn’s photo with his creation as her backdrop, captioning it, “To a new beginning. Congrats Kath and to the whole family for your new home. Thank you so much for making me part of this beautiful abode.”

A Very Good Girl director Petersen Vargas took to his Instagram Stories to showcase a spot within Kathryn Bernardo’s home, expressing that it’s one of his favorite areas.

STAIRS AND ELEVATOR

In Kathryn’s home, a majestic staircase crafted from wood and glass takes center stage, with each step illuminated by subtle lighting from underneath.

Adjacent to the grand staircase stands an elevator, offering convenient access to all three floors of the house.

SLIDE

A quirky addition to the house is a slide, offering a fun and unconventional way to move between floors, adding a unique and enjoyable element to the home’s design.

During Kathryn’s housewarming party, Darren Espanto and Robi Domingo enthusiastically joined in on the fun, taking turns on the slide and transforming it into their private playground.

SWIMMING POOL AND GARDEN

The expansive garden at Kathryn’s house was beautifully transformed by Gideon into a picturesque dinner setup for the party.

Nestled within the garden area is an infinity pool offering breathtaking views of Metro Manila.

In Kathryn’s vlog uploaded on YouTube in March 2020, Don revealed his intention to maximize the stunning vista for Kathryn’s new home.

He said, “The idea for this house is… when you look around here, it’s on a hill.

“So, the main idea for the house is we wanted to maximize the views. And with that, we wanted the form of the house to show that certain action.”
