“Masaya siyempre. it’s a different feeling na nandito kami celebrating with our Kapamilya sa industry and siyempre with Pau,” said Chiu who is also one of the hosts of “It’s Showtime.”

Asked what makes him proudly Kapamilya, Avelino said: “Same sa tagline ng ABS-CBN — In the Service of the Filipino people. So we do our service by entertaining people and bringing smiles into people’s homes. So maramang, maraming salamat po mga Kapamilya.”

Avelino and Chiu are the stars of the movie “My Love Will Make You Disappear,” which is still showing in cinemas worldwide.

“First we want to say thank you sa mga nanood not only here in the Philippines but also across the world. Nakikita namin sa mga social media namin. So we are happy and thankful for that overwhelming support. Sa mga hindi pa nakakapanood, panoorin niyo nasa sinehan pa po siya,” Chiu said.

“Now on our second week,” Avelino added.

The 2025 ABS-CBN Ball, dubbed as “Brighter Together,” celebrates the artists, employees, and industry partners who continue to shape ABS-CBN’s journey as a global storytelling company.

It also champions greater cause as a portion of the proceeds will help support ABS-CBN Foundation’s advocacies.
