Andi Eigenmann says Philmar Alipayo ‘never cheated on me,’ opens up about the issue.

Andi Eigenmann clarified that she didn’t believe her partner Philmar Alipayo cheated on her, and shed more light about their ongoing issue.In a new Instagram Story, the actress spoke up about the woman who got matching tattoos with Philmar.

“I am fully aware that my husband never cheated on me with this girl… I am always around when they are together,” she said. “I posted because this person betrayed me, encourages my husband to break up [with] me during every fight even when I also tell my side of the story to her.”

Andi then revealed that she and Philmar had a fight recently, and afterwards, the woman “inserted herself in the situation by encouraging him to go for a spontaneous love couple tattoo together.”

“If innocent, why now when he is vulnerable? Why not when were ok? Or maybe why not when things have calmed down??” Andi said.

Meanwhile, Andi is not ignoring Philmar’s faults in the situation, and said that she is also hurt by his actions.

“Yes, I am hurt that my husband didn’t think this would bother me, I’m not being dumb and ignoring that,” she said.

“[The] post was to just show that no normal person with good intentions would think it’s ok for a ‘friend’ to encourage someone else’s husband to do this without considering the partner’s feelings,” she added. “[Especially] after I told her that even if we are in a bad fight, I would always want and choose to be ok with my husband because he is my family.”

In another IG Story, Andi revealed that the woman previously got a tattoo about Philmar.

“I should have called it out the first time me and my husband found it weird that she just gets a huge tattoo on her shin dedicated to him! He who is someone else’s husband!!” she said.

Andi added, “When my other friends told me that they told their partners to stay away from her, I should’ve listened.”

Andi and Philmar unfollowed each other on Instagram on Friday night, which fueled breakup speculations.

Then on Saturday morning, Andi and Philmar both shared cryptic Instagram Stories on the issue.

“I have seen the red flags but chose to look beyond it. Since she was already a friend before I came into the picture. Was shy to call it out to my partner,” Andi said.

“Now I realize setting boundaries in a relationship doesn’t make it toxic,” she added.

Meanwhile, Philmar said, “For whatever you all read is true, then so be it. There’s no hiding because it will be more difficult.”

“You can call me a cheater and ugly now,” he added.

Andi and Philmar have been engaged since 2020 and have two kids, Lilo and Koa. Their family, called the Happy Islanders, is based in Siargao.

Last year, they were involved in controversy after Philmar was spotted out with a woman.

Andi addressed the issue and said that Philmar “can go out with his friends, go drinking every once in a while, and chat with whoever he wants. No harm in that.”

Philmar also spoke up about the viral video. He said that while he would engage with people for small talk or conversation, he said he always knows his limitations and boundaries, and avoids situations and people where he might give off the wrong impressions. —Nika Roque/JCB, GMA Integrated News
