Kathryn Bernardo went on a yacht adventure during sunset with her friends.
In an Instagram post, Kathryn shared snapshots of her sunset escapade with fellow actors Dolly de Leon, Maymay Entrata, Kyle Echarri, and Alora Sasam.
“Just a girl who’s always chasing after sunsets.. 🌅,” she posted on her Instagram page.
Kathryn’s friends were quick to react to her post.
“And again,” Dolly commented.
“To more sunsets with y’all,” Kyle wrote.
Kathryn recently headlined the blockbuster film Hello, Love, Again.
The movie became the highest-grossing Filipino movie, earning ₱1 billion at the worldwide box office.
“Thank you sa lahat ng mga sumusuporta sa movie, sa lahat ng mga kababayan natin. Grabe, parte kayo nito,” Kathryn said in a previous interview with GMA News.
“Thank you for making this happen. Thank you for making this possible. Congratulations to us,” she added.
The Kapamilya actress also received the Snow Leopard Rising Star at the Asian World Film Festival (AWFF) in November 2024.
“It feels so surreal to be standing here tonight receiving this award. Thank you so much to the Asian World Film Festival board of directors for this incredible honor, not only for recognizing my body of work but for celebrating all the stories that we as Asian artists continue to share for the world,” she said in her acceptance speech.
She added: “I started at the age of 6 and over the years I’ve been fortunate to bring a variety of characters to life. Each one gave me something new, not just as an actor but as a person. 22 years —  I am still here pursuing my first love and my passion which is acting. Yes, I know it’s a tough job, but moments like tonight make it all worth it. It is such an honor being here representing my fellow Filipinos and my home network ABS-CBN.”
Aside from being an actress, Kathryn is also an entrepreneur. One of her businesses is a boutique resort in El Nido, Palawan which she opened with Piolo Pascual in 2022.
“El Nido has always been special sa amin ng pamilya ko especially sa akin. The first time na nandito ako was maybe five years ago and I fell in love with the place. Eventually nung nakita ko ang side ng El Nido na ito when we went to Angkla, mas na-in love ako sa place,” Kathryn shared on the resort’s choice of location.
The Kapamilya star went on: “Kapag may pupunta akong friends dito sa Pilipinas, I would always recommend El Nido. So isa iyon sa reason – parang home siya for me.”
