Enrique Gil, together with his production company Slingshot Studios, has inked a multi-film contract with MQuest Ventures, the content creation hub of MediaQuest Holdings.

With the partnership, Gil, Slingshot Studios and his business partner Ranvel Rufino will co-produce several films with MQuest Ventures.

Aside from Gil and Rufino, present at the contract signing were MVP Group and MediaQuest Chairman Manuel V. Pangilinan, MediaQuest and MQuest Ventures President and CEO Jane Jimenez-Basas, and MediaQuest Group Chief Finance Officer John L. Andal.

“This partnership with Enrique Gil is a testament to our commitment to bringing quality entertainment to the Filipino audience,” Jimenez-Basas said.

Gil, for his part, expressed his excitement for the collaboration, hoping it will serve as an inspiration to Filipinos.

“It’s such an honor to be partnering with you, guys. I’m really excited for Slingshot and MediaQuest to be able to work together and bring wonderful stories to all the Filipinos, to inspire them and hopefully make a difference in our very own small way,” he said.

Gil’s first film under the multi-picture deal is set to begin production soon, although further details on the project have remained under wraps as of this writing
