Well, the new year meant an improved and upgraded lifestyle for Priscilla.
On January 8, 2025, she shared a teaser about her routine that helped pull down her weight from 83 kilograms to 65 kilograms—and she did it all in just five months! What’s the secret? Priscilla highlights that there was no magic pill or surgical procedure done to make it happen.
She wrote on Instagram, “It was all about unwavering focus, determination, and a complete overhaul of my lifestyle and diet. Along the way, I embraced detoxing, too.” The 41-year-old celebrity furthered, “This journey demanded a profound shift in my mindset, tapping into the power of affirmations and visualization techniques, not to mention the support of an incredible network.”
How was Priscilla Meirelles’ weight loss journey?
Although Priscilla hinted that she would reveal everything about her weight loss journey via her upcoming podcast (yes, she’s gonna have one!), she still shared some photos that clearly describe some of the steps she did to lose weight.
One of the photos showed a collage of Priscilla’s training—namely, core training, traditional strength training, and even dance! She also shared photos of some of her meals, like an all-protein steak, and also some fruits that go together with some egg.
