One of their first stops was the Dubai Fountain Lake Drive, where they got up close to the mesmerizing dancing fountains while riding a boat. They also visited the Dubai Aquarium where they met Filipino workers and enjoyed a yacht tour around Dubai Marina.

The family then experienced an adrenaline rush with dune bashing in the Dubai desert, an activity that Vice’s mother, Nanay Rosario Viceral, particularly enjoyed.

Vice even had his first-ever camel ride, remarking, “Pang-ilang Dubai ko na ito pero ito yung first time ko sumakay ng camel.”

Celebrating their monthsary as a couple, Vice and partner Ion Perez also tried the extreme Dubai skydiving experience.

“Monthsary namin today so as we celebrated our monthsary, matagal na naming pinaplano gawin ito, we will skydive today,” Vice shared.

Vice even joked with Ion, saying,“Kung ano man mangyayari, make sure na mashampoo and mablower yung mga wig ko,” to which Ion quipped, “Paglalaruan ko pa. I-TikTok ko pa.”

Vice and Ion successfully accomplished their skydiving experience where they had the chance to see the beauty of Dubai from the air.

The family later explored the Dubai Gold Souk, where Vice purchased necklaces for himself and Ion before capping the day off at Downtown Dubai.

In the latter part of the vlog, Vice shared the importance of spending quality time with family, especially after his busy schedule promoting his movie, And The Breadwinner Is.

“We spent seven days here sa Dubai. Ito yung pinakabakasyon namin dahil hindi kami nakabakasyon noong holiday season dahil sobrang busy ko sa pagpromote ng And The Breadwinner Is,” Vice shared.

The Kapamilya star expressed how grateful he is to all who watched his film and got the chance to know the story of his character Bambi, a breadwinner.

“Sa mga nanood ng And the Breadwinner Is, maraming salamat po for making our movie number 1 sa Metro Manila Film Fest,” Vice said. “Ang saya saya ko na maraming nakapanood ng pelikula dahil ipinagmamalaki po namin ang pelikula na iyon.”

“Isa siya sa mga pelikulang alam kong magiiwan ng malalang marka sa lahat ng makakapanood sa kaniya at isa na ako doon. Napakalaking effect niya sa akin ng paggawa ko ng pelikulang And the Breadwinner Is,” he continued.

Relating to the story of his film. Vice shared his realization on the importance of giving to family and himself.

“Ang dami kong natutunan sa buhay ni Bambi Salvador at ng kaniyang buong pamilya. Ang dami kong narealize, mga bahay na matagal na nangyayari sa akin, mga bahay na pwedeng mangyari sa akin dahil sa karakter ni Bambi Salvador,” Vice opened up.

“Ayon din ang dahilan while I’m spending the time with my family. Bukod sa napakastressful na showbiz industry, bukod sa nakakapagod yung trabaho namin, physically, mentally and emotionally, isa sa mga pinakamalaking hamon na hinaharap ko sa pagiging si Vice Ganda is knowing when you stop for a while.”

Vice shared that being the star that he is now brought him not only success but also sacrifices and challenges in life.

“Hindi ko malaman kung kailan ako hihinto ng panandalian. Hindi ko alam kung kailan ako magslowdown, magpause, magpapahinga. Hindi ko alam kung kailan ako makapagbibigay ng mas mahabang oras sa mga tao at sa mga bagay na talagang may halaga sa buhay ko lalo na kapag nagpeak ka sa career mo,” he admitted, emphasizing on the fear of losing opportunities.

Despite his success, Vice acknowledged that nonstop work can be overwhelming.

“Nakakalunod siya at times,” he said. “Money and fame can be overwhelmingly tempting. Ayaw mong bumitaw at dahil ayaw mo bumitaw sa kaniya kahit sandali lang, marami kang bagay o mga tao na napabayaan o nabibigyan ng halaga lalong lalo na yung pamilya mo at ng sarili mo.”

Vice also admitted that his love for It’s Showtime made him prioritize work over personal time, especially as the show faced challenges without a franchise.

“Noong nagsimula na ako sa Showtime, I love Showtime so much na sa sobrang pagmamahal ko sa kaniya at hindi ko siya mabitawan, naipagpapalit ko yung mga mahahalagang panahon ko para sa sarili ko at para sa pamilya ko,” he revealed.

However, Vice had the chance to step back and look at the importance of taking things slower and enjoying the fruit of his hard work.

“Bago maging huli ang lahat, I will spend time to rest, just be here sitting down na hindi masyadong nagiisip,” he stated.

“Kailangan ko ito maenjoy. Deserve ko ito at iyong oras na kasama si Ion, makita ko yung nanay ko, mga kapatid ko, mga pamangkin ko, mga kaibigan ko na maexperience ito, ang sarap sa pakiramdam,” he continued.

“Ito yung moment na kailangan ko na maexperience at maenjoy yung fruit of my labor. The most important thing is to live. Kailangan damahin natin yung buhay lalong lalo na kung nagtrabaho ka ng patas at malala.

“This is the moment that I am proud of myself and I’m happy spending wonderful, meaningful, fruitful and beautiful moments with the people I love,” he remarked.
