The Filipino-Norwegian singer and model, Markki Stroem, finally clarifies the stirring issue of having an affair with this famous actor.

Markki Stroem has been first seen in the television when he auditioned during the first season of ABS-CBN’s Pilipinas Got Talent.

And previously, he got himself involved in malicious rumours about him being romantically linked to the famous actor Marvin Agustin.

Based on a previous report, the malicious speculations about them has sparked when they were spotted together in Hong Kong for a vacation and in the United States.

Netizens were also quick to notice their posts then on several and the same occasions and places.

However, Agustin refuted all the rumors saying that Stroem is just a good friend and that he is not affected with all the rumors.

“Twenty-two years na ako dito [sa showbiz], wala na yatang makakapagpapikon sa akin,” the actor-businessman said.

And right after that, as reported by Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP), Stroem, on his part, also refuted the allegations and stated that Agustin is just his friend.

He broke his silence and stated the same answers and responses to that of Marvin Agustin who was interviewed and answered the issues prior to him.

“Everyone has their perception. Ako naman, di ba, kung pinag-uusapan, pinag-uusapan… Any publicity is good publicity, positive or negative… I’m not saying this is negative.”

Moreover, he added, “He’s my friend, we do business together, so we’ve been working together for a while.”

Also, he confirmed that he and the actor went out previously but it was with some friends because they are friends.

“We’re just friends,” he said
