Maaring ito ang nararamdaman ng sexy actress at social media infuencer na si Ivana Alawi kaya kaagad niyang ipinagbigay-alam na hindi na siya konektado sa jewelry brand na LVNA By Drake Dustin, na dati niyang inendorso.

Ngayong Lunes, January 13, 2025, ipinost ng kanyang legal counsel na si Atty. Joji Alonso ang statement kaugnay rito.

FULL STATEMENT OF IVANA ALAWI’S LEGAL COUNSEL

Narito ang kabuuan ng official statement ni Atty. Alonso:

“This is to inform the public that Ms. Ivana Alawi is no longer connected with the brand LVNA By Drake Dustin.

“It will be recalled that Ms. Alawi first became an endorser and eventually an investor of LVNA By Drake Dustin — Cebu branch.

“As legal concerns arose in the contract between Ms. Alawi and Drake Dustin, there had been a verbal agreement to rescind their agreement.

“The matter on formal rescission of the agreement has already been filed and is now before the Regional Trial Court.

“As such, the use Ms. Alawi’s name or image for purposes of LVNA’s brand endorsement or business dealings is considered unauthorized and must not be recognized in any capacity.”

Ibayong ingat talaga dapat on the part of the celebrity endorsers after a slew of artists na nadadawit sa mga kaso na nagsasabing biktima rin lang sila ng ganitong mga negosyo.

Aniya, “It saddens us to bid farewell to Ivana, who has been an integral part of our journey and played a significant role in our growth as a brand.

“We deeply respect her decision to move forward in a way that aligns with her path as an artist, and we sincerely wish her nothing but success in all her future endeavors. Ivana and I mutually agreed some time ago to terminate our partnership as endorsers and business partners of the Cebu branch.

“However, the final decisions and terms of the separation are still being discussed as we work toward a resolution that honors both parties.

“We remain forever grateful for the wonderful moments we’ve shared and for all the contributions she has made to LVNA. Ivana will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we will cherish the bond we’ve built over the years.”
