Two-time Oscar winner Gene Hackman, 95, his wife, and their dog were found dead at their Santa Fe home in New Mexico, USA, according to Santa Fe County Sheriff office.

Natagpuang patay sa kanilang tahanan sa Santa Fe, New Mexico, ang legendary Hollywood actor at two-time Oscar winner na si Gene Hackman, ang kanyang asawang si Betsy Arakawa, at ang kanilang aso.

Si Gene ay 95, habang si Betsy naman ay 63.

Bagamat hindi pa natutukoy ang dahilan ng kanilang pagkamatay, wala umanong nakikitang foul play ang mga awtoridad.

“We can confirm that both Gene Hackman and his wife were found deceased Wednesday afternoon at their residence on Sunset Trail,” pahayag ng Santa Fe County Sheriff.

“This is an active investigation—however, at this time we do not believe that foul play was a factor.”

“On 26 February, 2025 at approximately 1:45 p.m., Santa Fe County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to an address on Old Sunset Trail in Hyde Park where Gene Hackman, 95, and his wife Betsy Arakawa, 64, and a dog were found deceased.”
