Sinampahan ng kasong pakikiapid si Maggie Wilson.

Ito ang balitang kumakalat ngayon matapos makatanggap ang piling publications ng kopya ng Information.

Ayon sa court document na natanggap ng News5, isinampa ni Taguig City Senior Assistant City Prosecutor David Michael Go ang kaso sa Regional Trial Court ng Taguig noong June 30, 2022.

Kasama sa demanda ang business partner ni Maggie na si Tim Jayankura Na Ayudha, na kilala sa pangalang Tim Connor.

Adultery o paglabag sa Article 333 ng Revised Penal Code ang kasong nakasaad sa kumalat na dokumento na may lagda ni Go, at binanggit ang estranged husband ni Maggie na si Victor Consunji bilang “private complainant.”

Nakasaad din dito:

“That, on or about the month of February 2022, more or less, in the City of Taguig, Philippines and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above-named accused, as a group and in conspirancy with each other, did, then and there, willfully, unlawfully, knowingly, and feloniously commit the crime of Adultery, by then and there, having sexual intercourse with each other despite the fact that Accused Wilson is a married woman who is married to Private Complainant Victor Sid Consunji, and while Accused Ayudha, who is not the husband of Accused Wilson, had carnal knowledge of the latter, despite knowing her to be married to the Private Complainant, much to the latter’s damage and prejudice, in violation of the above-cited law.”

Lumitaw ang mga kopya ng demanda laban kay Maggie ilang oras matapos na i-post nito kahapon, July 15, sa kanyang Instagram ang video tungkol sa diumano’y illegal na pagpasok ng mga opisyales ng VCDC at DMCI—mga kumpanyang parehong pagmamay-ari ni Victor—sa kanyang tahanan.

Ise-“secure” at ipa-“padlock” ang mga terms ng ginamit ng nagpakilalang Bernie Mendoza ang tahanan ni Maggie dahil “pag-aari ito ng DMCI.”

Inakusahan ni Maggie ng “harassment at intimidation” ang mga taong sumugod.

Wala raw siya ngayon sa bansa kaya humingi siya ng tulong sa pamahalaan at sa publiko.

Aniya, “I urge our government and others to please step in and do something immediately. I plead with you and the online community to help me raise awareness that this kind of human rights harassment happens in the Philippines, especially to women day in and day out.”

Ang mga kaganapang ito ay taliwas sa inaakala ng marami na maayos ang paghihiwalay ng dalawa noong September 2021 base sa opisyal na pahayag na inilabas sa social media ng dating beauty queen.

Ang laman ng announcement noon ni Maggie: “We want you to hear it from us directly. Vic and I have made the difficult decision a while back to separate. It’s been challenging to say the least, but we want you to know that there is no animosity between us.

“We will always love and support each other no matter what.We will always be family as we share our beautiful son Connor, together.

“We have remained really good friends and partners and will continue to do so. Both of us want nothing more than for each other to be happy. We’d like to ask for your kindness, understanding, love and support as we navigate this new chapter in our lives.”

Pero magmula noon, dalawang beses nang nag-post si Maggie sa social media tungkol sa di nila pagkaka-unawaan ni Victor.

Noong December 2021, naghimutok si Maggie dahil hindi niya nakasama ang anak noong Pasko kahit may usapan daw sila ni Victor.

Nitong March 2022, hindi raw siya pinadalhan ng kopya ng mga pictures na kuha sa birthday party ng anak.

Tungkol naman sa cheating allegation na ipinukol noon ng netizens kay Maggie, narito ang pahayag niya sa kanyang Instagram post noong December 26:

“There are strong reasons why I left and if you think I left because of another guy, you have no idea.

“Those reasons will be revealed in time.

“I have been put through so much over the last 3 months and more so the last few years.

“Judge me all you want. If you think you know, you haven’t seen anything yet.

“I have an entire vault just filled with receipts.”
