In an interview aired on “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” Kris revealed that her health is rapidly deteriorating due to her battle with Churg-Strauss Syndrome, a rare autoimmune condition. Now complicated by cardiomyopathy, Kris shared that her heart muscles are struggling to pump blood, and the inflammation is causing her heart to weaken—possibly to the point of failure.

With courage and vulnerability, Kris admitted the heartbreaking possibility: “This could be my last birthday.”

She thanked her sons for choosing her to be their mother, a role she cherishes with all her being. Kris also expressed deep gratitude to her siblings for their unwavering love and generosity during her most difficult moments.

“I know I’ve asked for prayers many times already,” Kris said through tears. “But I will ask again, because I don’t want to leave my children yet. They still need me.”

Despite her worsening condition, Kris continues to fight. She draws strength from the power of collective prayer, believing that the more people pray for her, the more her chances of recovery grow. Her faith remains firm—even in the face of physical weakness.

Kris also revealed how her daily routine has become increasingly difficult. Even simple tasks like going to the bathroom now pose a risk, as her heart rate spikes uncontrollably with minimal effort.

💔 “Any moment now, I could be gone,” she said during her heartfelt conversation with Boy Abunda.

Still, her spirit is unbreakable. For the sake of Josh and Bimby, Kris Aquino chooses to keep going. And for those who love her—family, friends, and fans alike—her strength is nothing short of inspiring.
