Si Cesca ay dating host ng defunct ABS-CBN TV shows na SNN at E-Live.

Sa kanyang Instagram kahapon, March 30, 2025, ibinahagi ni Cesca na na-diagnose siyang may breast cancer noon lamang nakaraang taon.

Sumailalim daw siya sa mastectomy o pagtanggal ng kanyang dibdib noong Enero, at sinimulan naman niya ang chemotherapy noong Marso.

“I just shifted into ‘act now, feel later’ mode. Mastectomy/reconstruction done in January. Chemo started in March.”

Sa kabila nito, ipinagpatuloy raw ni Cesca ang kanyang buhay sa normal na pamamaraan.

Aniya: “And yes, this whole time I’ve been working, trying to keep my life and routine as normal as possible, and also, because I can. (Hello, if you’re new here, my name is Cesca and I am extremely hardheaded and stubborn, it’s really endearing once you get used to it.)”

Ayon pa kay Cesca, nais sana niyang itago ang kanyang sakit, ngunit malalaman at malalaman naman din daw ito ng mga tao kapag nagsimula nang malagas ang kanyang buhok

“I wanted to keep this quiet, but there was no point in hiding it anymore once I started losing my hair. (That pixie cut lasted 2 1/2 weeks until my hair started falling out in clumps.

“I decided to just shave it off, I have a wig ready for work purposes, and a growing collection of scarves and turbans.)”

CESCA LITTON: “Early detection is key.”
