According to the post, happiness requires a person to let go and forget and how worry will not change the past experiences in life.

“Happiness requires letting go and learning to forget. Worry won’t change the past, so forget what can’t be changed and focus on the future,” the statement read in Barbie’s now-viral online post.

Furthermore, Barbie’s post also talked about the ‘three traps’ a person must avoid, which are: regret, resentment, and tradition.

“Holding on to resentment doesn’t hurt anybody but you,” the statement even read in her viral post.

Needless to say, Barbie’s post also emphasizes how one handles changes in life, actually revealing their spiritual maturity in life as well.

Barbara Concina Imperial, or Barbie Imperial, is a Pinay actress and model from Daraga, Albay.

She was born on August 1, 1998, to a broken family and used to live with her brother and mother along the railway tracks of the Philippine National Railway in Daraga, Albay. She used to be in a romantic relationship with Diego Loyzaga.
