Dina Bonnevie, in her latest interview, revealed she was once “clinically dead” presumably from overfatigue due to her projects.
Previously, Dina was interviewed by her fellow veteran actress, Amy Austria, where she recounted her scary near-death experience.
According to Dina, she was clinically dead for a minute and ten seconds, and it was possibly due to overfatigue from her projects.
“Actually, na-clinically dead ako for a minute and ten seconds. Siguro, overfatigue. Kasi that time, ang dami-dami kong ginagawang pelikula, sabay sabay, and then nagdu-dubbing ako, and I was promoting yung movie ko,” she began.
In the interview, she recalled how she went home and asked her daughter, Danica Sotto, to call the doctor immediately.
“By the time na na-finish yung dance number, talagang gumaganun ganun na ako. Iniinterview pa niya ako pero umiikot na yung mundo ko nun, hilong-hilo ako. Right after, kulang na lang bumagsak ako, tumakbo ako sa kotse. Pagdating sa bahay, nakita ko si Danica, ang una ko lang nasabi was, ‘Danica, call Ninang Doctor,’” she recalled before adding, “Tinakbo ako sa hospital. Going to the hospital pa lang, wala na akong makita.”
